New fields in Activities page
On the page on which users create or modify activities, fields were reconfigured to facilitate more accurate descriptions of activities. The Description field was changed to Short Description. This field has a restrictive character limit. The Summary field was deleted. A new Description field that has a larger character limit was added.

Welcome text can be added for external learners
Learning administrators can specify welcome text for the External Learner portal home screen. A rich text field was added to in the External Learner section of the page.

Availability of OpenSesame courses
OpenSesame courses are now available in the Activities and Sessions list. Learning administrators can enroll employees in OpenSesame courses. The system now has historical records of changes made to OpenSesame courses when updates are synchronized to the system.

The OpenSesame catalog can by synchronized at Utilities > Bulk Actions > Sync OpenSesame Catalog .

Corrections to labels on the Development Plans page
On the Development Plans page, the column organization unit label was corrected. In previous versions, it was labeled Short Description. Now the label reads Organization Unit.
