Watching a case and removing a watched case

Service center users can add individual cases to a Watched Cases list in their queue. The service center user can access cases directly from the list.


  • To add a case: From the case from, click Watchers.Click Add Me. The case will be added to the Watched Cases report in your queue.
  • To remove a case: From the Watched Cases report, select one or more cases and click Remove Me.
