Adding a case note to a case from the case form

  1. Access the case.
  2. Click Notes and Attachments.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Specify this information:
    Show To Employee
    To make the case note available to the employee, select Yes.
    Note
    Specify the content of the case note.
    Make Resolution
    If the purpose of the case note is to describe the resolution and you want to close the case, then select Yes.
  5. Click Submit.
