Exporting reports from the manager queue or the agent queue to .CSV

You can export queue reports, like My Open Cases, to a .CSV file. Exported files can be viewed in Print Reports.

  1. Select Queues > Agent Queue or click Manager Queue.
  2. Select the report that you want to export.
  3. Select Export to CSV.
  4. To export the report now, complete the form and click Export. To schedule an export in the future, click Schedule.
