Setting bulk transfer privileges

Administrators can specify the service center user roles that have permission to transfer cases in bulk. Service managers transfer cases from the manager queue. Agents transfer cases from the agent queue.

  1. Click Application Settings.
  2. Double-click the organization.
  3. Click Feature Options.
  4. In the Other Role-Based Options area, specify the service center user roles that have permission to transfer cases in bulk.
  5. Click Save.
