Configuring resolution template editing permissions

Administrators can specify the service center roles that have permission to edit resolution templates.

  1. Click Application Settings.
  2. Double-click the organization.
  3. Click Feature Options.
  4. In the Resolution Templates area, specify this information:
    Enabled
    Select to enable the resolution template features.
    Template Editor
    Select the service user roles with permission to edit resolution templates.
  5. Click Save.
