Enabling Case Management and self-service menu items in Infor HR Talent

Configuration administrators and managers can add one or more menu items to the main navigation menu of . When these menu items are enabled, employees and managers can access self-service modules from the main navigation menu as well as from the Home page, if Home page access has been configured.

To enable either of the self-service module menu items, the Case Management menu item must also be enabled. Only configuration administrators can perform this task.
  1. Select Structure > Organizations.
  2. Click Organizations.
  3. Double-click the organization.
  4. Click Configuration.
  5. In the Case Management area, select Case Management, then select one or more self-service modules.
  6. Click Save.
