Enabling case archiving and unarchiving

Service center user roles can be granted permission to archive cases. Administrators can enable case archiving privileges by role at the organization level. ServiceRep users can archive only their own cases. ServiceMgr and ServiceAdmin users can archive cases that were added by any members from their service groups.

  1. Select Application Settings.
  2. Double-click an organization.
  3. Click Feature Options.
  4. Specify this information:
    Case Archiving
    Select one or more roles to grant permission to archive cases.
    Case Unarchiving
    Select one or more roles to grant permission to unarchive archived cases.
  5. Click Save.
