Candidate Alerts
This widget identifies candidates that have specific actionable items that are attached to them. Some of the actionable items are Do Not Hire, Aging Candidate, Candidate Hired, and Expressed Interest.
If more than one alert qualifies for a candidate’s job application, then the highest priority alert icon is shown as red. Alerts expire after seven days or after a specific time that is defined by the administrator.
Records in the list shows these details.
- Candidate Name: External and Internal
- Candidate Email Id and location, if we maintain
- Requisition ID and Name
- Actionable alerts

- Red: Do Not Hire
- Yellow: Aging Candidate
- Green: Hired
- Blue: Expressed Interest
When you select a record in the list, the record is shown in the application
