Transition form tasks

Transition forms are used to collect information in a task. For example, a resource completes the Emergency Contact form, and the information gathered there is saved to the system. Some forms are government forms, such as the Form W-4. Some forms are used to gather information that is required by the organization. Forms include instructions and the form fields where users add information. Some forms include acknowledgments and signatures.
