Changing a transition task status to complete from the dashboard

Administrators can change the status of a task to complete from the dashboard by selecting the program, candidate or resource, and task. When a task is marked complete, the system triggers any configured automations. For example, if the task is a prerequisite, then the candidate or resource is eligible to complete subsequent tasks.

  1. From the dashboard, select a transition program.
  2. Click All, then double-click the name of the candidate or resource.
  3. Click Tasks.
  4. Select a task and click Complete.
