Setting up document logos

Banners or logos can be used within Transition Content based upon the organization structure set up. Externally and internally hosted images can be used within Transition Content.

Document logos include banners, logos or other miscellaneous images. Images are viewable within Transition Content for external candidates and resources.

Logos and banners that are assigned to organization units and organizations can be inherited by lower levels, such as department.

Images must be uploaded within Administrator > Setup > Document Logos before they can be assigned to an organization.

Before uploading, all images must be sized to specifications. The retrieval of the logo or banner considers the ancestors of an organization unit, such as parent and grandparent. This consideration gives clients more flexibility in establishing a logo or banner at an appropriate organization level. For example, department, facility, business unit, sector, or company. When using image variables within transition document templates, the transition document contents are not displayed if you print the template to PDF.
