Changing the status of a task to Complete from the Open Transition Tasks menu

Administrators can change the status of a task to complete from the Transition Tasks menu by selecting the program, candidate or resource, and task. When a task is marked complete, the system triggers any configured automations. For example, if the task is a prerequisite, then the candidate or resource is eligible to complete subsequent tasks.

  1. Select To Do > Transition Tasks.
  2. On the Open menu, select a task and click Complete.
