Checking the status of a Form I-9

Administrators, managers, and recruiters can check the status of Form I-9s that have been sent to Tracker Corp. The status can be checked after the candidate or resource has submitted section 1 of the Form I-9. The dashboard shows the instructional text, Tracker I-9 Complete status, and the Form I-9 ID.

If the status of a Form I-9 task is Pending, then administrators can create a new Form I-9 task for the candidate or resource.

The Form I-9 ID represents the unique identifier for the Form I-9 in Tracker I-9 Complete. This ID is shown with instructional text that was configured in the task setup and the Tracker I-9 Complete status.

  1. From the dashboard, select a transition program.
  2. Click All, then double-click the name of the candidate or resource.
  3. Click Tasks.
  4. Double-click the Form I-9 task.
  5. Click Get Update.
