Transition forms

Transition forms are used to collect information in a task. For example, a resource completes the Emergency Contact form, and the information gathered there is saved to the system. Some forms are government forms, like the Form W-4. Some forms are used to gather information that is required by the organization. Forms include instructions and the form fields where users add information. Some forms include either or both acknowledgments and signatures.

The application supports standard transition forms and custom transition forms. Standard transition forms are delivered with the system.
