Updating standard transition forms

You can change the name of a transition form and the instructions within a transition form. See Optimizing instructions for mobile use.
Note: The Disability Self Identification form instructions must comply with the U.S. government requirements. These instructions must not be changed.
  1. Select Administrator > Transition Management > Setup > Transition Forms.
  2. To change the name of the form that is displayed to the employee, update the Name field.
  3. Edit the top Instructions or bottom Instructions for the form.
  4. Click Save.
