Integration with Tracker I-9 Complete

Transition Management integrates with Tracker Corporation's employment eligibility solution, Tracker I-9 Complete. Tracker I-9 Complete is an electronic I-9 solution that enables Form I-9 processing for new hires in your organization and automating E-Verify. When a Transition Management program that includes a Form I-9 task is initiated, the Form I-9 is created in Tracker I-9 Complete.

  • Tracker I-9 Complete is available only to organizations using Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le in implementations.
  • Form I-9 tasks with Tracker I-9 Complete are available to both resources and candidates.
  • Acknowledgment and signature do not apply to this task.

When the application is enabled, global defaults are set up by Tracker Corp. Global defaults are set up so that API calls do not fail if the supported default fields are not passed in the APIs. This includes default user account settings for the security role, time zone and title, and employee profile settings for the default employer and worksite.

The integration requires an administrator to enable and configure Tracker I-9 Complete within Transition Management.
