Configured variables in offer letter paragraphs

System-defined variables that describe compensation for candidates or resources can be created and added to these things:
  • offer letter paragraphs in Talent Acquisition
  • transition content in Transition Management

For example, a candidate or resource can have a transition task called Review Pay or Review Benefits with transition content that has all of their benefits listed, including information about pay rate and other compensation.

There are two types of variables:

  • allowance variables: Create variables that describe compensation in addition to pay rate.
  • offer pay rate variables: Create variables that describe the candidate's pay rate.

The values that are available to be added to the variable are dependent on the variable type that you specify. In other words, the values that are available for the allowance type variables differ from the values that are available for the pay rate type variables. You can add multiple values
