Assigning groups to a program

You can assign groups to a program to restrict the program's availability.

Only active custom groups can be added to a program. If a custom group is made inactive after it has been added to the program, then there is no effect to the program. Groups that are obsolete or unwanted can be removed from the program and replaced with active groups.

Note: If the program type is candidate, then only active Job Application custom groups with a subject of HCMTransitionManagementEligibility are available. If the program type is resource, then only active Work Assignment custom groups with a subject of HCMTransitionManagementEligibility are available.
  1. Select Transition Management > Setup > Transition Programs.
  2. Open a program.
  3. Click Restrict Eligibility. Eligible groups are shown. If no groups are shown, then every group is eligible.
  4. Click Create.
  5. In the field that is displayed, click the Search button.
  6. Select an option.
  7. Click outside of the field and click Save.
  8. Optionally, repeat the process to add more groups.
  9. Click Save on the toolbar.
