Infor Human Resources Service Delivery content integration

Users of Transition Management and Infor Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) can view HRSD Onboarding content from within a Transition Management program. The HRSD Knowledgebase is a content management tool. Customers build a knowledgebase of content by linking HTML documents using group rules that are configured within HRSD. When HRSD content is accessed from within Transition Management, candidates and resources access the HTML documents that their security permits using SSO. In this way, content can be filtered to specific user groups.

Requirements for this content integration:

  • The responsive experience must be configured in Transition Management. See Mobile and responsive experience
  • The HRSD Real-Time Interface Candidate Preboarding and Employee Onboarding must be enabled.
  • Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le for Multi-tenant use must be enabled.

This is not a solution for on-premises implementations or single-tenant implementations. It is only for cloud implementations.

Candidates are provisioned in HRSD as part of the offer process. Assuming that the HRSD real time interface is enabled, candidates are sent to HRSD according to configurable hiring workflow status:
  • If configurable hiring workflow is not used, then candidates are sent to HRSD when the Accept Offer action is performed.
  • If configurable hiring workflow is used, then candidates are sent to HRSD when Change Offer Status action is performed.

Candidates who are external users do not log into the system through Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le.

Candidate tasks use HRSD's third-party SSO for authentication.

Resources are provisioned in HRSD as part of the hire or rehire process. They log into the system through Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le.
