Assigning groups to a task

  1. Select Transition Management > Setup > Tasks.
  2. Open a task.
  3. Click Restrict Eligibility. Eligible groups are shown. If no groups are shown, then every group is eligible.
  4. Click Create.
  5. In the field that is displayed, click the Search button.
  6. Select an option.
  7. Click outside of the field and click Save.
  8. Optionally, repeat the process to add more groups.
  9. Click Save.
