Tracker I-9 Complete setup checklist

Infor and Tracker Corp are responsible for setup tasks that are required to integrateTransition Management with Tracker I-9 Complete.

Step Task
1 Infor's provisioning team notifies Tracker Corp to create the client sites. An integraiondev and a production site are required. The notification is by email, sent to pso@trackercorp.com.
2 Tracker Corp provides site configuration keys to Infor:
  • Client ID--unique for each client
  • API Hash Key--unique for each client
  • API URL
  • Access Tracker I-9 Complete URL--used to launch Tracker I-9 Complete from menus within Transition Management. The URL must include the Client ID.
  • Form I-9 Rehire Date
  • Use For Tracker I-9 Employer
3 Discovery call with the client
  • Employer/e-Verify setup
  • I-9 approver role setup
  • Tracker I-9 Complete configuration settings for email alerts
4 Enable Form I-9 integration in Transition Management
  • Specify site configuration keys in Infor HR Talent
5 Set up employers in Tracker I-9 Complete
6 Set up global defaults for all shared clients by Tracker Corp
  • Default user account settings for security role, time zone, and title
  • Employee profile settings for default employer and worksite. This is not required.
7 Use the automated processes in Global Human Resources to create worksites in Tracker I-9 Complete through the Mass Create feature or manually.
8 Create I-9 approvers
9 Add a Form I-9 task and associate it to a program in Transition Management
