Monitoring Form I-9 tasks

Administrators, managers and recruiters can check the status of a Form I-9 in Tracker I-9 Complete after the candidate or resource has submitted section 1. Use the Transition Management Dashboard. The dashboard shows the instructional text, Tracker I-9 Complete status, the Form I-9 ID, and data that is related to other tasks.

The Form I-9 ID represents the unique identifier for the Form I-9 in Tracker I-9 Complete. This ID is shown with instructional text that was configured in the task setup and the Tracker I-9 Complete status.

  1. Select Transition Management > Dashboard.
  2. Select a transition program.
  3. Select a resource.
  4. Select Tasks, then select the Form I-9 task. The task details are displayed.
  5. Click Get Updated Status.
