Removing unprocessed Talemetry records

If candidates do not complete the process to import their profile from their social media account, the records remain in limbo in Talemetry. You can schedule the Remove Talemetry Records job to run periodically to clean out the records.

To remove unprocessed Talemetry records

  1. Access Administrator > Talent Acquisition > Code Setup > Scheduled Jobs > Remove Talemetry Records.
  2. On the Remove Talemetry records form, use the following guidelines to specify field values.
    Organization

    Required. Select the organization for which you want to schedule the job.

    Social Media Account

    Required. Select the social media account for which you want to schedule the job.

    Record Removal Count

    Type the maximum number of records to be removed. If you leave this field blank it will default to 100.

    Note: 

    The job does not remove records created during the last day.

  3. Click Schedule to schedule the job to run regularly. For example, you can schedule the job to be run once a month on the last day of the month. If you provide an email, you will be notified when the job is run. You can check the action under Start > My Actions > My Scheduled Actions.
