Offer review cycle

  1. The candidate receives the email or notification with a Review Offer link.
    • An internal candidate must sign in to Talent Acquisition to access the notification. The notification contains a link to the offer review.

    • When an external candidate clicks the link on the email, a Candidate Space log in window appears. The candidate must log in to Candidate Space to access the offer review.

  2. To view or print the offer, the candidate clicks the View Offer Letter link.
  3. To accept or decline the offer, the candidates accesses the offer review form again from the email, selects I Accept The Offer or I Decline The Offer and clicks OK. If an electronic signature is required, the candidate must provide it.
  4. The job offer status is automatically updated as Accepted or Declined on the Requisition Dashboard.
