Offer letter paragraphs

An offer letter paragraph is a paragraph of text that can be used and reused in multiple offer letter templates. All content in an offer letter template must be generated in offer letter paragraphs, which are added to the offer letter templates when they are created. Offer letters can include multiple offer letter paragraphs. Pre-defined paragraphs enable a second level of standardization and a rapid assembly of offer letter templates. These paragaraphs, and the templates themselves, can include variables that administrators can use to personalize letters.

Qualified administrators can set administrator group access to offer letter paragraphs.

Administrators can use eligibility groups to route users to specific offer paragraphs.

Eligibility groups are defined by conditions. Each custom group includes only users who meet one or more conditions. For example, a group can include only candidates from a state or within a zip code. A group can include employees who are non-union. A group can include candidates who are applying for manager-level positions in the Human Resources division of a Montreal office who have scored well on an assessment. A group can be configured around any combination of criteria. See Custom groups.

An offer letter can include paragraphs that are assigned to multiple groups. For example, an administrator can create an offer letter that includes paragraphs specifically for exempt internal candidates, other paragraphs for non-exempt external candidates, and paragraphs for all audiences.

Group eligibility can be assigned to offer letter paragraphs after the paragraphs have been created. See Creating offer letter paragraphs.
