Assigning ranks to job applications

Ranks must be defined by the recruiter administrator before they can be assigned to job applications. After a rank is assigned, it is displayed on the upper-right corner of the job application header.

  1. Sign in as Recruiter and select Requisitions.
  2. On the Requisition Dashboard panel, select the requisition.
  3. Select the All tab to view the applications submitted to the requisition.
  4. In the Rank column, select the rank for each candidate.

    Open a job application, and add or update a rank on the At A Glance tab.

  5. Click Save.
