Assigning screening categories and screening packages to workflow steps

Administrators can specify the screening categories and screening packages that are available to recruiters and hiring managers in each workflow step. Recruiters and hiring managers can then apply one or more of the available screening categories or screening packages to a workflow step. If no screening categories or packages are specified during workflow step setup, then all are available to recruiters and hiring managers.

Before screening categories and packages can be assigned to a workflow step, they must be created.

  1. Sign in as Administrator and select Talent Acquisition > Workflow Setup > Hiring Workflows.
  2. Open a hiring workflow and select the Workflow Steps tab.
  3. Open a workflow step and select the Screening tab.
  4. In the Screening Categories section, click Create.
  5. Specify this information:
    Screening Category
    Select a screening category.
    Description
    Specify a description of the screening category.
  6. In the Screening Packages section, click Create.
  7. Specify this information:
    Package
    Select a screening package.
    Description
    Specify a description of the screening package.
  8. Click Save.
