Candidate Experience and Candidate Space integration

To use Candidate Experience and Candidate Space concurrently, the four files in the CandidateSpace.zip that are used on each job board must be updated. This task is required only of organizations that use both Candidate Experience and Candidate Space.

If the .zip files are not updated, then the configurable job application does not work after the candidate security class is updated. Candidates receive an error upon applying to a job that uses an application process in configurable job application from within the CandidateSpace.zip. When the .zip files are updated, links saved by candidates or posted on third-party job boards that direct to CandidateSpace.zip continue to function.

The CandidateSpace.zip file can be updated by one of two methods:
  • You can download the latest version from the Infor Support Portal. You then must upload it to each job board used by your organization.
  • You can download it from each job board in your organization and edit these files:
    • content.html
    • application.js
    • applicationUi.js
    • mobileApply-ui.js
