Forms for configurable job application processes

In configurable job applications, forms are used to collect information in a task. For example, a resource completes the Employment History form, and the information gathered there is saved to the system. Forms include instructions and the form fields where users add information. Some forms include either or both acknowledgments and signatures.

The application supports standard transition forms and custom transition forms. Standard transition forms are delivered with the system.

See Standard forms for configurable job application processes.

Custom transition forms are created and added to the system by your organization's administrators.

See Custom forms for configurable job application processes.
