Enabling candidate password resets

Administrators can enable recruiters to reset candidate passwords in two ways:
  • generate and send a system-generated password
  • manually specify a new password for the candidate

Candidate passwords can be reset even if the candidate has not yet applied to any requisitions. When this feature is enabled, roles with permission can initiate the password reset from the candidate's Service List.

  1. Select Administrator > Talent Acquisition > Primary Set Up > Organization Configuration.
  2. Open the organization to configure.
  3. Select the effective date.
  4. Click Features.
  5. In the Password Reset section, specify this information:
    Enable Generate and Send Password For Recruiter
    Select this option to give recruiters permission to reset candidate passwords.
    Enable Generate and Send Password For Manager
    Select this option to give managers permission to reset candidate passwords.
  6. Click Save.
