Sending requisition-level emails

Requisition-level emailing is available only on requisitions using a configurable hiring workflow. Requisition-level emails require the use of existing email templates. Email templates must be set up before requisition-level emails can be sent.

  1. Sign in as Recruiter and select Requisitions. If you are a hiring manager, select Acquire Talent > Requisitions.
  2. Select a requisition. You can select only one requisition at a time to send a requisition-level email.
  3. Click Send Email.
  4. Specify this information:
    Workflow Step
    If you want to reference a specific workflow step in the email, then specify a workflow step. Only the steps that apply to the requisition are available.
    Email Template
    Specify an email template. If you specified a workflow step, then only templates that are associated with the workflow step are available. If no workflow step is selected, then all email templates in the system are available.
  5. Click Submit.
