Adding actions to workflow steps

You can specify the hiring actions that are available to recruiters and candidates in each workflow step. All actions in the workflow actions library that are defined as always available are available in all workflow steps. In addition to these actions, you can specify additional actions that are available in specific workflow steps.

During the workflow step, the recruiter can perform any recruiter actions that are associated with the step, and the candidate can perform any candidate actions that are associated with the step.

Workflow actions are referenced in the workflow actions library, which includes actions that are delivered with the program and actions that your organization has created.

  1. Sign in as Administrator and select Talent Acquisition > Workflow Setup > Hiring Workflows.
  2. Open a hiring workflow and select the Workflow Steps tab.
  3. Open a workflow step and select the Actions tab.
  4. Click Create.
  5. Specify this information:
    Workflow Action
    Specify a workflow action.
    Description
    Specify a description of the workflow action.
  6. Click Save.
