Enabling advanced interview scheduling

  1. Sign in as Administrator and select Talent Acquisition > Primary Setup > Organization Configuration > Features.
  2. In the Interview Scheduling section, select the Enable Advanced Interview Scheduling check box.
  3. Click on the Configure link that is displayed.
  4. Specify this information:
    Email Contact for Interview Scheduling Notifications
    Specify the email address of the person who receives system notifications from the calendar connecting service and who can be contacted by this service if problems are experienced during the autogeneration process.
    Override Autogeneration of Credentials
    Select this check box to display the Application Key and Application Secret fields so they can be specified manually.
    Type of Candidate Invite
    Select Combined Candidate And Interview Team Invite to have one email invite sent to both the candidate and interview team. Select Separate Candidate And Interview Team Invite to have separate email invites sent to the candidate and interview team.
    Interview Period
    Specify the time period that is searched on calendars for interview availability. For example, you would specify 7 days to search for availability one week from the time of scheduling.
    Interview Duration
    Specify the length of the interview in minutes.
  5. Click Submit.
