Auto assigning screening packages to resources

Screening packages must have Auto Assign Package enabled when they are created to be automatically assigned. Screening packages can be auto assigned to positions by HR administrators and HR generalists.

  1. Select Administrator > Set Up > Jobs And Positions > Positions.
  2. Open the position for which to auto assign screening packages.
  3. Specify the Effective Date.
  4. On the Detail tab, in the Additional Position Information section, in the Screening Category field, select the screening category to associate with the position.
  5. Click Save.
