Requisition-level emails

Recruiters can email candidates from requisitions and email resumes to hiring managers or others involved in the hiring process from requisitions.

Requisition-level emailing is available only on requisitions using a configurable hiring workflow. Requisition-level emails require use of existing email templates. Email templates must be set up before requisition-level emails can be sent.

Recruiters and hiring managers can consolidate email notifications regarding requisitions or candidates from the Requisitions page. These emails can be sent to multiple recruiters and hiring managers and to any other system user. These emails can be associated with workflow steps.

This feature includes these benefits:
  • Recruiters can send multiple candidates to a hiring manager or other system user in one consolidated email. Communications can inform recipients that action is required.
  • Recruiters can send multiple candidates to recruiting assistants in one consolidated email. Communications can inform recipients that interviews should be set up for the candidates in the requisition.
  • Recruiters can notify others, like hiring managers and other recruiters, that job postings for a requisition are live.
  • Recruiters can specify a delay in sending email notifications.
