Question sets

Recruiting question sets can contain a mix of standalone questions associated with question categories. You cannot delete a question set that is attached to a job requisition. Updates made to a question within a question set apply only to that question set and do not affect the original question.

Question sets can be assigned to organizations and positions:

• If a question set is assigned to an organization and no question set is assigned to the position, then the organization-level question set is applied to all requisitions assigned to the position.
• If a question set is assigned to an organization but a different question set is assigned to a position, then the position-level question set is applied to all requisitions assigned to the position.
