Candidate interviews

The process by which interviews are scheduled varies by organization. For example, a recruiter sends candidates for the hiring manager to review. The hiring manager asks the recruiter to set up an interview. The recruiter arranges the interview date and time outside of Talent Acquisition. The recruiter adds the interview into the system and sends a confirmation email to the candidate. After the interview, either the hiring manager or the recruiter adds the results, and the candidate can be moved to the next process.

Online interviews occur entirely online and therefore follow a different process.
