Defining talent agreement forms

Talent agreement forms can be configured to be shown on the job application for the requisition as either a consent agreement form or an acknowledgment form.

Note:

The process is the same whether you are defining a consent agreement or an acknowledgment form.

To define a talent agreement form

  1. Access Administrator > Talent Acquisition > Primary Setup > Talent Agreements.
  2. Click New.
  3. On the Agreement form, specify the following:
    Effective Date

Specify the effective date for the talent agreement.

    Specify the agreement name.

    Description

Specify a description. This text helps recruiters select the correct forms for a requisition. The text is shown only on the talent agreement primary list or select list.

    Note:

It might be helpful to recruiters to have the words "Consent Agreement" or "Acknowledgment" as part of the name.

    Active

The talent agreement is active by default. Clear the Active check box to make the agreement inactive. Inactive agreements are not shown in lists.

    Consent Type

Select Check Box, if the candidate agrees to the content by selecting a check box.

Select Signature if the candidate agrees to the content by specifying a signature.

    Content

Specify the first paragraph of the consent agreement or acknowledgment form.
