Scheduling an interview

You can schedule an interview for a candidate.

  1. From the Requisition dashboard or Workflows window, click the ellipses menu and select Schedule an Interview
  2. Specify this information:
    Interview Type

    Select the interview type to be conducted, for example, by telephone, online, onsite, and so on.

    The recruiter administrator defines the interview types.

    Interview Date

    Enter the date of the interview.

    Interview Time

    Enter the time of the interview.

    Interview Status

    You can select an interview status such as Scheduled. Statuses are defined by the recruiter administrator.

    Interviewer

    Select the interviewer.

    Location

    If applicable, select the interview location

    Comments

    Specify comments on the interview.

    TO

    Enter the email address for the candidate or enter multiple addresses separated by a comma.

    FROM

    Enter the email address from which the interview calendar invitation will be sent.

    Subject

    Specify the subject line for the email.

    Start Time

    Specify the time the interview begins.

    Duration

    Specify how long the interview is scheduled in hours.

    Invite comment

    Specify the body of the interview email to be sent.

  3. Click Submit.
