Talemetry resume and social media profile parsing

Talemetry is a resume parsing platform that can be enabled for Talent Acquisition that gives candidates the option to upload their social media profile upon registration.

If Talemetry is enabled for your organization, external candidates are given the option to upload a resume or import a profile from their social media when they register. If they select social media, they are guided through a three-step wizard:
  1. Provide Credentials prompts candidates to sign in to their social media account. If they select this option, their profile information is copied and parsed in the Talemetry Account.
  2. Get Profile retrieves the profile information from Talemetry and creates a candidate profile in Candidate Space. If candidates do not perform this task, they can still go to their profile where they are prompted to continue the process as long as they are in the same session. If they leave the session without completing the process, then they must specify their profile data manually. If they do not complete the process, no profile is created, and their profile information remains in limbo in Talemetry. Administrators can schedule the Remove Talemetry Records job to periodically remove these records.
  3. Review Profile prompts candidates to review their Candidate Space profile and update it if required. This is a one time action that is available only during registration. If candidates update their social media profile, they will not be able to import the changes to their Candidate Space profile.

An automated welcome email that is sent to candidates after their profile is created can be configured. This email provides candidates with a username and password to apply to positions. For more information, see the Infor HR Talent Integration Guide for Recruiting Partner Applications.
