Creating a workflow step for undone hires

Administrators can specify a disposition workflow step to which candidates are routed when recruiters perform the Undo Hire action. The Undo Hire action is useful when the candidate has not started employment or has withdrawn candidacy.

Recruiters can specify the workflow step into which the candidate is placed at the time the Undo Hire action is performed if the administrator has not specified one.

Considerations for when a candidate hire is undone:
  • The offer process and all offer data remains intact on the candidate record. This includes the employment start date.
  • Job postings for the requisition are not automatically removed. Recruiters and administrators can change the status of job postings manually.
  • Candidates who have been auto-dispositioned are not reversed dispositioned.
This feature requires the enablement of these elements:
  • The SoHo 4 UX web interface
  • Configurable hiring workflow
  1. Select Administrator > Talent Acquisition > Workflow Setup > Hiring Workflows.
  2. Double-click a workflow. If you are creating a new workflow, then click Create.
  3. Click Details.
  4. In the Application Routing section, specify this information:
    Undo Hire
    Select a workflow step. Only steps that are used for the disposition are available in the list.
  5. Click Save.
