Creating custom forms for configurable job application

Custom forms can be added to the library so they can later be associated with tasks and added to application programs. The form includes a file that was uploaded to the Document Form Template library and instructions. Instructions can be configured in top instructions and bottom instructions. When a form task is created, the form is added to the task, including the instructions and the file from the library.

  1. Select Administrator > Talent Acquisition > Application Setup > Forms.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Specify this information:
    Transition Form
    Specify the name of the transition form. This name is used throughout the application.
    Active
    The transition form is active by default. To deactivate the transition form, clear the Active check box. Inactive task forms are not displayed in lists.
    Usage
    Select the audience that will use the form.
    Type
    Specify Form.
    Document Template
    Specify the document template.

    Top Instructions
    Specify the instructions that are shown at the top of the form.
    Bottom Instructions
    Specify the instructions that are shown at the bottom of the form.
  4. Click Save.
