Talent Acquisition roles

The following roles are involved in the staffing and onboarding process. Organizations can combine roles.

Role Tasks
Recruiter Administrator

Create Talent Acquisition setup data, that is setup data used specifically for recruitment, job applications, and onboarding.

Can also perform the recruiter tasks.

Hiring Manager

Create and approve job requisitions.

Review candidates submitted by recruiters.

Interview candidates.

Approve offers.

May be assigned onboarding tasks.

Hiring managers are managers with HiringManager security. Hiring manager processes are documented in the Infor HR Talent Manager Guide, available from the documentation that is accessible from Help > Application.

Recruiter

Create or complete job requisitions and post them to internal, external, or third-party job sites.

Match candidates to open positions.

Forward selected candidates to hiring managers for review.

Coordinate the screening, interviewing, qualifying, and hiring of candidates.

Track assessments and background checks.

Send rejection notifications to candidates.

Generate letters of offer and contracts and route for approval.

Send offers to candidates.

Hire or rehire external candidates.

Transfer or add a work assignment to internal candidates.

Move hired, rehired, or transferred candidates to the onboarding process.

Talemetry integration user Sends user credentials to Talemetry who then provisions users via web services calls.
