Candidate profile dashboard panels

The candidate profile dashboard can be configured in Recruiter > Candidate Pool. Recruiters and hiring managers can hide the dashboard panels that they do not use frequently.

The candidate profile dashboard is organized around these tabs:
  • Core Profile
  • Talent Profile
  • Hiring Process
  • Resume

Each tab includes dashboard panels that display a specific type of information. Panels can be re-sized or hidden from the Configuration Console. To update dashboard data, click the icon at the top of the dashboard panel.

Core Profile

The dashboard panels on this tab display this information about the candidate:

  • Quick Links: Recruiters can use quick links to access this information about the candidate:
    • Approval Tracking: This panel displays information about hiring approvals. Only administrators, approvers, and the requester have access to this feature. These roles can take action or monitor requests that are awaiting approval. They can view the history and errors that are associated with requests.
    • Positions Applied To: This panel displays other positions for which they have applied.
    • Interviews: This panel displays all interviews that are scheduled for the candidate.
    • Screenings: This panel displays all screenings, such as background checks and credit checks, that are scheduled for the candidate.
    • Correspondence: This panel displays all correspondence to a candidate, including email, notes, and attachments.
    • Notes: This panel displays all notes taken about the candidate.
    • Attachments: This panel displays all documents that are attached to their profile or job application. Examples include resumes, cover letters, and offer letters.
  • Preferences: This panel displays their work preferences, such as salary expectations and willingness to work remotely.
  • Travel Documents: This panel displays their travel documents, such as passport, visa, or work permit. Click the paper clip icon to download the travel document attachment.
  • Identification Numbers: This panel displays their identification numbers, such as social security number. Click the paper clip icon to download the attachment.
  • Identification Types: This panel displays their identification types, such as drivers license or other ID card.
  • Self-Identification: This panel displays their self-identification information, such as gender, nationality, and ethnicity.
  • Dependents: This panel displays their dependents and related information.
  • Dependents and Beneficiaries: This panel displays their dependents and beneficiaries and related information.
  • Contact Information: This panel displays their contact information, home phone, mobile phone, and email address.
  • Addresses: This panel displays their addresses, such as mailing address and residential address.
  • Emergency Contacts: This panel displays their emergency contact information.

Talent Profile

The dashboard panels on this tab display this information about the candidate:

  • Work Assignments: This panel displays their current work assignments, such as the current position, start date, location of the current position, and current manager.
  • Employment History: This panel displays their previous and current employer names, previous titles, and time spent at each position.
  • Education History: This panel displays their education history, such as the name of the institutions that the candidate attended, dates, attended, and specialization.
  • Experience: This panel displays their employment experience, such as Welder or Art Director, and the number of years for each.
  • Competencies and Skills: This panel displays their competencies and skills, such as personal qualities, specialized skills, and software and hardware proficiency.
  • Credentials: This panel displays their credentials, such as certifications.
  • Achievements: This panel displays their achievements, such as publications, offices held at organizations, and speaking engagements.
  • Competency and Skill Analysis: This panel displays a gap chart of the competency and skills that the position requires and those possessed by the candidate.
  • Fit Analysis Overview: This panel displays their percent fit for each type of qualification, and their ranked potential.
  • Fit Analysis Skills: This panel displays the essential and non-essential skills that the position requires and those possessed by the candidate.
  • Fit Analysis Education: This panel displays the essential and non-essential levels of education that the position requires and those possessed by the candidate.
  • Fit Analysis Credentials: This panel displays the essential and non-essential credentials that the position requires and those possessed by the candidate.
  • Fit Analysis Competencies: This panel displays the essential and non-essential competencies that the position requires and those possessed by the candidate.
  • Fit Analysis Behaviors: This panel displays the behavior that was accessed, the candidate score, and the weight of the question.

Hiring Process

The dashboard panels on this tab display this information about the candidate:

  • Screening Question Results: This panel displays their responses to questions on the online job application, along with their score.
  • Profiling Questions: This panel displays their responses to profile questions on the online job application, along with the compatibility of the response.
  • Screenings: This panel displays the screening packages, including background checks and assessments, assigned to the candidate. The status of the package and score is displayed.
  • Offer and Contract: This panel displays their offer and contract information, such as offer status, offer date, and employment start date.
  • Interviews: This panel displays the interviews scheduled for the candidate and their results.
  • References: This panel displays their references, contact information, and status in terms of recruiter verification.
  • Transition Programs: This panel displays their transition programs and task status. This dashboard is available only if the process uses Transition Management.
  • Workflow Step History: This panel displays their progression through the hiring workflow. Information can include the number of days they have been in a specific step, and the person who moved them to it.
  • Application History: This panel displays their application process history. For example, data might show that a candidate entered or left the status of Screen on a specific date.
  • Application Details: This panel displays information about their applications. This can include a Do Not Hire status, their current workflow step, and the disposition reason. Disposition reasons can be changed from this panel.

Resume

This panel displays a parsed HTML resume from Burning Glass or Talemetry, depending on your organization setup. It can also display system-generated resumes if a candidate does not have one and your organization has system-generated resumes enabled.
