Inserting variables into templates
In some fields you can specify one or more variables that represent a person or persons. For example, in the To field, you can add a variable that specifies an email that is based on the template is sent to the hiring manager, whomever he or she is. Variables can be used in some fields in all types of templates.
Click the vertical ellipses and select a variable. The variable that you
select is shown within curly braces. For example, {HiringManager}. Separate
multiple variables with commas.
