Offer letter templates

Note: There are two ways to create offer letters: offer letter templates and document templates. This topic covers offer letter templates.

Administrators can build a library of offer letter template that recruiters can use when sending offer letters to candidates. Offer letter templates benefit organizations by standardizing offer letters and by saving recruiters the time and effort required to author letters individually.

All content in an offer letter template must be generated in offer letter paragraphs, which are added to the offer letter templates when they are created. Pre-defined paragraphs enable a second level of standardization and a rapid assembly of offer letter templates. These paragraphs, and the templates themselves, can include variables, such as candidate name, that administrators can use to personalize letters.

Administrators can include company logos in offer letter templates by first adding the logos to the system and then adding them to templates.

Offer letters can include electronic validations. Electronic validations are used to validate offers. The signatures are not printed in offer letter PDFs. Electronic validations can be required or not required.

Administrators can specify that recruiters can modify offer letters.

Recruiters can generate offer letters as PDF files when sending offer letters to candidates.

Internal and external candidates can electronically sign offer letters for job applications in the candidate space where offers are accepted and declined.
