Configurable job application setup

Configurable job application is a feature that is used to automate the job application process. With this feature, customers aren't limited to the hard-coded Talent Acquisition job application process. Instead, they can build job application processes in the system and assign them to job requisitions to meet a range of hiring needs.

Configurable job application automates the application process, making it more efficient and with fewer chances of errors, and it reduces the workload of recruiters. As applicants are moved through the application process, data is collected, communications are triggered, and candidates and staff are informed, organized and connected.

Customers who implement configurable job application define job application processes and the tasks and automations that are associated with each application. Customers can create and configure multiple automated applications within the organization. Tasks can be used to present content to applicants in various ways and to collect information from applicants. Tasks can be assigned to specific members of specific user groups to address the unique requirements of various positions, candidate types, and other factors.

This feature is available for users that access the application through the web user interface. It requires the enablement of the 4.0 user interface controls with Configuration Console and the show using SoHo Xi parameter.

When configurable job application is used, features that are redundant or that cannot be used with configurable job application are hidden.
