Assigning question sets to organizations

Question sets can be assigned to organizations and to positions. A question set that is assigned to a position overrides an assignment to an organization:

If a question set is assigned to an organization and no question set is assigned to the position, then the organization-level question set is applied to all requisitions that are assigned to the position.
If a question set is assigned to an organization and another question set is assigned to a position, then the position-level question set is a applied to all requisitions that are assigned to the position.

Select Administrator > Talent Acquisition > Primary Set Up > Organization Configuration.
Select an organization.
Click Requisition Defaults.

Specify a question set. This set is applied to all positions that have not been assigned question sets at the position level.
