Creating offer letter paragraphs

Offer letter paragraphs can be created using the SoHo 4 UX web interface. The HTML editor in the offer paragraph screen can be used to check the number of line breaks between offer paragraphs and to add or remove them from the offer letter PDF.
  1. Select Template Setup > Offer Letters With Paragraphs > Offer Paragraphs.
  2. Click Create.
  3. On the Details tab, specify this information:
    Offer Paragraph
Specify the name of the offer paragraph and a description that can help others to identify its purpose or audience.
    Active
Select the check box to make the paragraph available in the system. Clear the check box to make the paragraph unavailable.
    Body
    Specify the paragraph text.

The body uses a rich-text editor to apply bold, italics, underlining, and bullets to an offer letter.

To add a variable, press CTRL and right-click in the Body field, then select a variable.

See System-defined variables in offer letter paragraphs.

Note:  If you know the exact syntax of a variable, then you can type that value directly into the text field. For example, {CandidateFullNameName}. You do not have to select from the list of variables.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Click Eligibility Groups.
This field is available after the body text has been saved.

    See Offer letter paragraphs.

If an eligibility group is not defined for a paragraph, then the paragraph is available for all candidates.

  6. On the Eligibility Groups tab, click Create.
  7. Click the new field and select a group.
  8. Click Save.
  9. To add more groups, repeat steps 2-8.
